Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain adequate stock levels.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity.Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related services.Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized.Assist in developing and monitoring the office budget.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and process invoices and expense reports.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningHighly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in customer service required
  • Experience in managing customer service preferred
  • Experience in sales preferred
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to work in and manage a team environment
  • Experience in Windows computer applications
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain Life and Health License

Compensation $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
